Dues Policy
- Annual Charges shall be paid once at the time of Admission.
- Subject to any other Decision of the COLLEGE ADMINISTRATION, the tuition Fee shall be charged in three equal Installment.e.g. 1st Installment at the time of Admission, 2nd Installment in the first week of December, 3rd Installment in the third week of March.
- The Fee package includes charges for special session (if any), Mid-Term and send up Examinations fee and charges for special Tutorials, Seminars, Law moots, Revision class, Visits of Courts.
- The Dues are payable in advance by such dates and in such manner as may be notified.
- The name of the candidate, shall stand withdrawn, if he does not pay the requisite dues within the time fixed, and his seat may be assigned to any other candidate.
- If a student does not pay the dues by the date fixed for the purpose, a fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged up to the last working day of the month, where after his name will automatically stand struck off from the college Rolls, and, unless readmitted, he will not be allowed to attend any class.
- The defaulter may, within 10 days from the day his name is so struck off, apply for re-admission, specifically reasons for non-payment of dues within the prescribed time.
- The Principal, in his discretion, may re-admit him on the payment of the outstanding dues and a struck off fine of Rs.1000/-
- A student, who joins the College during the term, is charged full fee for the term.
- Tuition Fees normally increase at the rate of 10-15% per year.
- The Dues, once paid, are not Refundable or transferable on any account whatsoever.
- The college Reserves right to change or amend the rules/conditions stated above.
